When a loved on dies, it is hard on all those he or she leaves behind. Not only does the family have to endure the emotional trauma of a death in the family, there is often a significant administrative burden associated with winding up the Estate. Our job is to do what we can to minimize the administrative burden so the family members can deal with their grief. The best way to minimize the administrative burden is to keep the beneficiaries informed, and to make sure that all the necessary documents are prepared correctly and in a timely fashion. This keeps the process moving, which can help to make an otherwise difficult process easier to bear.
